Untitled -before InflorescenceTrue love is like a flower, fair and strong  It hath beginnings deep within the ground -  (The groundedness of Self) - and 'ere too long  Compatible Acquaintance may be found.  But this equateth not to love - O, no!  The Sprout emergeth now, tender and young  Here, there is Interest, before it knows  The one for whom its simple form hath sprung  Then comes the Bud, with potential unseen,  From Understanding form'd, within the Bloom  Now honest Friendship lives, covered in green  But Love, when flower spreads, doth light the room.            Untitled -before Inflorescence

InflorescenceThe Wind blows Love untainted o'er  The form of that unmoving Tree  Slows not though she is slow'r  To offer it than he

Belated explanations.

Hail, friends!
It has been many months since last I trod the paths of the global artistic community we know as dA. As I was working today, I thought that it was past time that I offered those of you who care an explanation for my lengthy absence. You see, technically this site counts as "previously published", and unless I wish to relinquish my dear, long-held dream of becoming an officialy published poet, chapbooks and all, I can really only treat this site as a depository for all the crap - which, let's face it, has to a degree already been the case - or abandon it entirely. I'll be around, perhaps I shall someday find another medium of art at which to try my hand which does not afford any degree of aspiration, but at the least I hope eventually to again have the luxury of the enjoyment of your fine works.
